[Android] Troubleshoot eSIM connection issues - loyoMobile

If you are having trouble connecting to the internet with your eSIM after installation on an Android, Pixel like device, follow this guide.

 

Step 1

Open your phone Settings > Network & internet

Then, choose SIMs

Step 2

Verify that the eSIM you have downloaded is turned ON, and that the mobile data is set to be used from the same eSIM.

Step 3

Click on the eSIM plan you installed, to access this screen, then follow the instructions in the infographic.

Step 4

If you have verified all settings are correct, and still you do not have any connection do the following:

  • Verify APN settings, if any were provided to you in the order confirmation.

In order to save the APN, click on the three-dotted menu icon, then click save.  You can use this video for reference

 

  • Turn Wi-Fi OFF.
  • Restart your phone, and wait 10 minutes with WiFi off.
